Title: Sat 6th April Led by Alan Cooke
Post by: SteveSmith on 06 April 2019, 22:04
A lovely sunny day today saw 7 of us depart Earlswood and head South. We went via Ullenhall and Aston Cantlow before one peeled off to head home early. The rest of us continued stopping for tea cakes at Hillers Dunnington before enjoying a blast along the Ridgeway to the Weatheroak Tap in Studley. After a little light refreshment we took the "Bus Route" back to the Coach & Horses to enjoy Old Hooky and cheesy chips. At one stage it was suggested that these ride reports should include more details of the pub conversations than the rides themselves but I'm not entirely sure that would be appropriate (even though the ride generally only represents a small proportion of the day) and, in any case, Strava only reminds me about the bits on the bike. Oh yes, and Strava says 49 miles.
