Forum usage - the basics

Quick notes about the forum - more details are on the main club website.

- The majority of the forum content is accessible on a read-only basis by anyone.
- Only registered members of the forum may post messages and see the Private Matters section.
- From 1 September 2015 until further notice all joining members will be automatically registered for the Forum by the webmaster (members will receive an ID & PW by email to activate your registration)   You are recommended to change your password (you may also add an avatar and set various profile options)
   - Registered members of the forum must be paid-up members of Heart of England Cycling Club.
   - Registered members of the forum must register with their real name - that's First and Surname.
   - Registration is subject to confirmation by the club Secretary (there may be a short delay in sending confirmation emails)

- Registered members have use of the Personal Messaging (PM) system built into the forum to communicate with other registered members.
- Content of posts may be moderated from time-to-time - any offensive or otherwise inappropriate posts will be deleted and the member may be barred from the forum.
