Message received from Alan Head of R&B CTC:

We have received the sad news that Victor passed away peacefully Sunday night in hospital. Victor started cycling with the Southern in the late 1940s and was Runs Secretary for a number of years in the 1960s. Our thoughts are with Jeannette and family at this time.

Funeral details will follow shortly.

Victor's funeral will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Friday, 22nd July at 1.15pm.
Afterwards at Southcrest Manor Hotel, Pool Bank, Redditch, B97 4JS. Anyone in cycling gear will be very welcome.
Family flowers only, donations to Parkinson's UK and The League of Friends of the Alexandra Hospital.
